Funeral services for David A. German, 74, will be held Saturday, Feb. 19, at 2 p.m. at Cox-Ware Funeral Home Chapel.

Mr. German was born Nov. 5, 1936, in Dale County, Ala., to James Willie and Annie Jane Marshall German. Mr. German was a U.S. Army veteran. He was an electrical engineer at Miller Hydro.

He is survived by his wife, Elaine German; children, David Bradley German and Niven German Hyatt; sisters and brother-in-laws, Marceline and Elton McDaniel, Sally and Doyle Price, Reba and Max Upton, Judy and Buddy McDaniel, Faye LaBounty and Kaye Cheek; brothers and sister-in-laws, Gary and Laura German, and Jerry and Stephine German; grandchildren, Brooklyn Nichole German, Colby Dylan German, Taylor Carolyn Hyatt, Katie Scarlet Bridges, David Cory German and Casey Allen Hyatt.

Visitation will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday at Cox-Ware Funeral Chapel.
