Funeral services for Velna Montine Toellner, 85, of Bainbridge, will be held Thursday, Jan. 27, at Cox-Ware Funeral Home Chapel at 11 a.m.

Interment will follow at Mount Washington Cemetery in Sugar Creek, Mo., on Saturday. Visitation will be held Wednesday, Jan. 26, at Cox-Ware Funeral Home Chapel from 6 to 8 p.m.

Mrs. Toellner was born Sept. 19, 1925, in Meigs, Ga. She died Jan. 24, 2011, at her residence. She was a high school graduate and worked as a legal secretary until her retirement.

Survivors include three sisters, Susie Jeanette Cook of Tallahassee, Fla., Sandra Maxine Johnson of Bainbridge and Brenda Dell Barry of Audra, Colo.; three brothers, Clifford B. Maxwell Sr. of Attapulgus, Ga., Albert B. Maxwell of Margate, Fla., and Roger L. Maxwell of Whigham, Ga.

Cox-Ware Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
