The Downtown Development Authority held a ribbon cutting on Dec. 17 for Smart’s Kitchen, which is located at 318 E. Water St. The owners are Stacy and Laurie Smart. They cook everything from barbecue to fresh fish, handmade patty hamburgers, chicken and pork chops with all the fixings. You can order breakfast anytime during the day.
