Lady Cats defeat Lady Tigers 66-28
Senior April Thomas and junior Briana Wade combined for 33 points Tuesday night to lead the Bainbridge High School girls’ basketball team to a 66-28 road victory over the Malone (Fla.) High School Lady Tigers.

On Tuesday, the Lady Cats dropped a close 66-62 decision to the Valdosta High School Lady Wildcats as Thomas led the way with 24 points.
The Lady Cats bounced back on Wednesday to defeat Ware County High School’s Lady Gators 49-32 behind a 16-point, 9-rebound performance by Harris.
Behind Thomas and Wade in the Lady Cats Tuesday victory over Malone were Harris and Ri’Chana Jackson with 8 points apiece, Aleah Clark and Jasimine Kelly with 4 points apiece, Takia Crankfield, De De Cooper, Diamond Bouie, and De De Sparrow, all with 2, and Aqueriya Bennett with 1.
