Funeral services for Barbara Duncan Zotyka, 72, of Bainbridge, Ga., will be at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 24, at Ivey Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Haskell White officiating.

Interment will follow at Cool Springs Cemetery with Ferrol Duncan, Morris Duncan, Wright Duncan, Chad Norton, Stephen Parramore and Ricky Prince serving as active pallbearers.

Mrs. Zotyka was born April 28, 1938, in Colquitt County, Ga., the daughter of Roy Thomas Duncan and Evelyn Morris Duncan. She died Sunday, Nov. 21, 2010, at Memorial Hospital.

She was a graduate of Bainbridge High School, Class of 1956, and received an associate’s degree in accounting from Bainbridge College. She was a homemaker and a member of Celebration Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her infant brother, Thomas Duncan, and her parents.

Survivors include her husband of 50 years, Chuck Zotyka Sr. of Bainbridge; her sons, Chuck Zotyka Jr. and his wife, Beth, of Bainbridge, and Tom Zotyka of Bainbridge; her brothers, Ferrol Duncan and his wife, Yvonne, of Cairo, Ga., Morris Duncan and his wife, Mary Jo, of Havana, Fla., and Wright Duncan and his wife, Gwen, of Vada, Ga.; her sisters, Rebecca Haire and her husband, Ray, of Bainbridge, June Bouska and her husband, Jack, of Lawrenceville, Ga., and Patricia Bowers and her husband, George, of Darien, Ga.; her grandchildren, Brandi Norton and her husband, Chad, of Cairo, Karri Zotyka and Megan Zotyka, both of Bainbridge, and her great-grandchildren, Lily and Cheyne Norton.
