Services for Joan McMillan Dawson, 74, of Jamieson, Fla., will be held Saturday, Nov. 6, at 11 a.m. at the Mount Glory Freewill Baptist Church in the Glory Community with interment at the Cool Springs Cemetery in Faceville, Ga.

Mrs. Dawson was born Sept. 30, 1936, in Malone, Fla., and died Nov. 2, 2010. She was a member of the Freewill Baptist Church and retired from Capital City Bank after 40 years of service.

She is survived by her husband, the Rev. Willie Dawson of Jamieson; a brother, Alex McMillan of Havana; and many nieces, nephews and other relatives.

Charles McClellan Funeral Home in Quincy is in charge of the arrangements.
