The Decatur County 4-H program is holding the annual fall apple sale, offering the popular Red Rome and Golden Delicious apples from North Georgia. Prices are $25 per bushel, $18 for half-bushel and $12 a peck. Mixed pecks are also available. Orders may be placed at the Decatur County Extension Office, 1213 Vada Road, or by contacting a 4-H member. All orders must be placed by Thursday, Sept. 23. Payment is due with order, and apples will be ready for pick-up Wednesday, Sept. 29, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Decatur County Extension Office.
