A funeral service for Betty Jo Hall, 75, of Bainbridge, was held Sunday, May 30, in the chapel of Ivey Funeral Home with the Rev. Jimmy Weaver officiating.

Interment followed at Cedar Grove Cemetery near Climax.

Born Aug. 3, 1934, in Blakely, Ga., Mrs. Hall died on Friday, May 28, 2010, at Bainbridge Health Care.

Mrs. Hall was a homemaker, enjoyed working with visiting nurses and was of the Baptist Faith.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Willie E. Hall; her son, Bobby Hall; and her sister, Annette Spencer.

Survivors include her son, Larry Hall of Bainbridge; her daughter, Theresa Saylor of Bainbridge; her brothers, Carl Glass and William “Bill” Glass, both of Chattahoochee, Fla.; her sister, Mary Roberts Bass of Bristol, Fla.; seven grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.

Ivey Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
