Judy L. Tobey, 64, of Bainbridge, Ga., died on Monday, March 22, 2010, at Memorial Hospital.

No services are planned.

Mrs. Tobey was born Sept. 23, 1945, in Newark, N.J., the daughter of Robert Kenneth Lowe and Gloria Georgiana Ferguson Lowe. She was a homemaker and a Baptist.

Survivors include her son, Scott Watts of Cantonment, Fla.; her daughter, Phenisha Rosa of Dickinson, Texas; and her sister, Sherry Bailey of Bainbridge, Ga., and two grandchildren.

Ivey Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
