Funeral services for Dennis Eugene Burton, 68, of Donalsonville, Ga., will be Saturday, March 27, at 11 a.m. in the chapel of Evans-Skipper Funeral Home with the Rev. Jimmy Dean officiating.

Interment will follow at Cedar Spring Cemetery in Cedar Springs, Ga., with casketbearers being members of the U.S. Air Force.

Born in Cedar Springs, Mr. Burton died on March 23, 2010, in Cedar Springs. He was a member of the Spring Creek Baptist Church. After retiring from the U.S. Air Force, he worked as a mechanic.

He is preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Lorraine Lord Burton, and a brother, William Burton.

He is survived by a son, Travis Burton of Donalsonville, Ga.; two daughters, Denise McKendry of Powhatan, Va., and Karen Turner of Ofallon, Miss., and two grandchildren.
