A memorial service for Susan Rebecca “Becky” Parsons Neff, 54, of Sunshine, La., will be held at the Highland Road Latter Day Saints Church in Baton Rouge, La., on Thursday, Feb. 11, at 5 p.m.

A private family service will follow in Bainbridge.

Born May 9, 1955, in Albany, Ga., Mrs. Neff died on Sunday, Feb. 7, 2010, at Lake Regional Medical Center in Baton Rouge, La., after a four-year battle with cancer.

She was preceded in death by her father, Richard A. Parsons.

Survivors include her husband, Charles E. Neff; two daughters and her son-in-laws, Aaron and Angela Banta of Sunshine, La., and Jamie and Shannon Cernich of Gonzales, La.; her son and daughter-in-law, Ryan and Suzanne Causin of Gonzales, La.; her mother, Nancy Parsons of Bainbridge; two sisters, Barbara Parsons of Bainbridge, and Melanie and Pete Zedlitz of St. Gabriel, La.; her brother, Clay Parsons of Monroe, Wash.; eight grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Cancer Services or Mary Byrd Perkins Cancer Center.
