A memorial service for Baby Alexis Olivia Beauman will be held Saturday, Dec. 19 at 2 p.m. in the chapel of Evans-Skipper Funeral Home in Donalsonville, Ga., with the Rev. Fred Odom officiating.

Baby Beauman was born Dec. 11, 2009, and died on the same date at Donalsonville Hospital in Donalsonville, Ga.

Survivors include her parents, Timothy Beauman and Danielle Charping; a brother, Logan Beauman; two sisters, Jalyn Beauman and Destiny Beauman; three aunts, an uncle, several cousins, several grandparents and a great-grandfather.

Evans-Skipper Funeral Home in Donalsonville is in charge of arrangements.
