A funeral service for James Lewis “Bubba” Reynolds III, 42, of Bainbridge, will be held Thursday, Dec. 10, at 2 p.m. in the chapel of Ivey Funeral Home.

Reynolds’ family will receive friends immediately following the service.

Born Jan. 9, 1967, in Decatur County, the son of James Lewis Reynolds Jr. and Linda Merle Sheffield Reynolds, Mr. Reynolds died on Saturday, Dec. 5, 2009, at his residence.

Mr. Reynolds owned and operated Reynolds Custom Painting and was of the Pentecostal faith. He enjoyed hunting arrowheads, scuba diving and antique cars.

His son, Kahm Reynolds and his fiancee, Tonya Swords, died at the same time as Reynolds.

Survivors include his two daughters, Gina Reynolds of Colquitt, Ga., and Jessica Reynolds Hadley of Thomaston, Ga.; his son, Evan Price of Dothan, Ala.; two brothers, David Reynolds and Kenneth Sheffield, both of Bainbridge; two sisters, Tammy Cook of Camilla, Ga., and Cindy Reynolds of Houston, Texas; two grandchildren and his maternal grandmother, Dorothy Lee Ezell Smith.

Ivey Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
