Funeral services for Annie Bailey Roland, 65, of Colquitt, Ga., will be held Thursday, Nov. 19, at 2 p.m. in the Sheffield Chapel at Colquitt Funeral Home with the Revs. Jimmy Harris and Talmadge Worsley officiating.

Interment will follow at New Salem Freewill Baptist Church Cemetery.

Visitation will be Wednesday, Nov. 18, from 7 to 9 p.m. at Colquitt Funeral Home.

Born June 6, 1944, in Decatur County, Mrs. Roland died on Monday, Nov. 16, 2009, at her residence. 

Mrs. Roland was a member of New Salem Free Will Baptist Church and was retired from the lab department at Amoco Fabrics.

Survivors include her husband, Johnny Roland of Colquitt; four daughters, Hazel Davis and Shellie Anderson, both of Bainbridge, Stacey Gale of Jakin, Ga., and Rhonda Shamblin of Donalsonville; two sons, Edwin Bailey of Camilla, Ga., and Chris Roland of Iron City, Ga.; one brother, Jackson Lawrence of Grand Prairie, Texas; 11 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Colquitt Funeral Home in Colquitt is in charge of arrangements.
