The seventh annual Pet Halloween contest will be Saturday, Oct. 24, beginning at 10 a.m. in Willis Park. Entry fee is either canned dog or cat food—it must be canned—or a collar or leash. Dress up your pet to win a prize, the cutest entry or the most original entry.
