Funeral services for Estelle Conner Barrett Davis, 87, of Donalsonville, Ga., will be held Saturday, Oct. 3, at 3 p.m. at Bethany Baptist Church with the Revs. Donna Bevels and Tommy Willis officiating.

Interment will follow at Bethany Baptist Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends Saturday, Oct. 3, from 2 to 3 p.m. at the church prior to the funeral service.

Born Jan. 20, 1922, in Hartford, Ala., Mrs. Davis died on Wednesday, Sept. 30, 2009, at her residence.

Mrs. Davis was a homemaker and a faithful and active member of Bethany Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Posey Lee Barrett; her son, James Edward Barrett, and her second husband, Otis Davis.

Survivors include her son, Walter Thomas Barrett of Donalsonville; her daughter, Elaine Waddell of Iron City, Ga.; six brothers, Boncel Conner, Elmer Conner, Wyatt Conner, John Conner, Jerry Conner and Pat Conner; her sister, Bernell Judah; seven grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
