Alma Johnson

Funeral services for Alma Odom Johnson, 82, of Donalsonville, Ga., will be held Wednesday, May 13, at 11 a.m. at Spring Creek Baptist Church in Donalsonville with the Revs. Jimmy Dean and David Grubbs officiating.
Burial will follow in the church’s cemetery.
Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at Spring Creek Baptist Church.
Born in Seminole County on April 28, 1927, Mrs. Johnson died on Monday, May 11, at Memorial Manor in Bainbridge.
Mrs. Johnson was a graduate of F.D.R. High School and worked as a paraprofessional in the Seminole County School System from 1977 to 1989. She was a faithful member of the Spring Creek Baptist Church, where she sang in the church choir.
Mrs. Odom was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Vernon Johnson; three brothers and two sisters.
Survivors include two sons, Johnny Johnson of Bainbridge and Joseph Johnson of Shalimar, Fla.; four grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Evans-Skipper Funeral Home in Donalsonville is in charge of the arrangements.
