MACO Companies and the Bainbridge-Decatur County Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon cutting ceremony for Pine Ridge Estates on March 5 at the development’s community center, located at 108 Hubert Dollar Drive.

Pine Ridge Estates is a family apartment community, which features a total of 40 units, comprised of two- and three-bedroom units. Each apartment includes a full kitchen, ceiling fans, wall-to-wall carpet, mini blinds, and washer and dryer connections.

In addition, a 2,000-square-foot community center offers an on-site common laundry facility, computer lab, library and fitness center for residents’ use. A walking trail, playground, gazebo and covered barbecue area also provide ample opportunities for activity and social gatherings.

Pine Ridge Estates began leasing in November 2008, and is currently 100 percent occupied with a waiting list.
