Students in Teresa Dollar’s first-grade class participated in the “If I Were President” writing contest in conjunction with the inauguration on Jan. 20. The contest was sponsored by the Jimmy Carter Center for Education in Plains, Ga. Class winners are, from the left, Sandy Baker, second place; McKenna Stegall, third place, and Aubri Donalson, first place. Each young lady also received an official ribbon and certificate from the sponsor.
