The Decatur County Habitat for Humanity group recently dedicated the 23rd house it has built for deserving local families. The latest house was constructed on South Washington Street in Bainbridge and houses mother Ashley Campbell, her son, Cameron, and daughters, Nykerria Perkins and Jalyn Jackson.
