This Tuesday, Dec. 2, a runoff election will be held for the U.S. Senate seat held by Saxby Chambliss, the non-partisan Georgia Court of Appeals seat currently held by John H. Ruffin Jr. and the Public Service Commission seat currently held by Angela Elizabeth Speir. Republican Chambliss is opposed by Democrat Jim Martin. For the judgeship, Sara Doyle and Mike Sheffield are the candidates. For the PSC seat, Republican Lauren W. McDonald Jr., and Democrat Jim Powell are the candidates.
