• New Home Freewill Baptist Church—The church, located in Vada, Ga., will have a benefit gospel sing for Darly and Beverly Cumbie on Saturday, Jan. 9, beginning at 7 p.m. Daryl Cumbie was injured in an automobile accident and is unable to work. The featured singers are the Parish Family.
• St. Thomas M.B. Church—A Deacon and Deaconette program will be held Sunday, Jan. 10, at 2 p.m. The church is located at 198 Edward Road, Fowlstown, Ga. The Rev. Edward Greer is the pastor and the Rev. Anthony Parker of Antioch M.B. Church of Quincy, Fla., will be the speaker.
• Magnolia M.B. Church—The Sunset Spiritual Aires will celebrate their third anniversary on Sunday, Jan. 10, at 3 p.m. The church is located at 1210 Center St. in Bainbridge, Ga., (across from the fairgrounds.) The pastor is Belinda Corley.
• Southwest Baptist—The Beth Moore Bible Study will be held Monday, Jan. 11. Work book and video will begin at 7 p.m. This 10-week Bible Study has a focus on Esther. Books are available at any Christian book store. The church is located at 1101 Faceville Hwy. in Bainbridge, and Jim Nalls is the pastor.
• Bethel Missionary Baptist Church—The church, located on MLK Dr., Colquitt, Ga., will hold its third pastor's anniversary from Jan. 11-15 and Jan. 17. January 11-15 will be 7:30 nightly and Sunday, Jan. 17, will be an 11 a.m. service. Minister Andrews will be speaking Monday, Pastor H. Powell on Tuesday, Pastor A. Crews on Wednesday, Pastor M.A. Rambo on Thursday, and Pastor Belinda Corley on Friday. Johnny Smith is the church pastor.
• New Life Deliverance Ministries Inc.—A 2010 New Year Revival will be held Jan. 20-22 at 7:30 nightly at 115 Lynnwood Drive, Bainbridge, Ga. Prophet Bobby Orange of Jacksonville, Fla., will be the speaker.
• Greater Mount Calvary First Baptist Church—The church, located at 417 E. Board St., will have its Dream Chasers Worldwide Inc. anniversary celebration on Friday, Jan. 22, beginning at 6 p.m. Pastor Randall Hines of Kingdom Harvest Fellowship Church in Attapulgus will be the speaker.
• Climax Baptist Church—A benefit sing for Sharon Haire of Bainbridge will be held at the church at 7:30 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 22. Groups performing will be The Hymn Masters Quartet, Spring Hill Quartet and many others. Haire has been fighting cancer for some time now, and benefit are for medical and treatment expenses.
• Emanuel M.B. Church—The church, located on Emanuel Church Road in Fowlstown, Ga., will hold a Family and Friends Day on Sunday, Jan. 24, at 11 a.m. The Rev. John Thomas Sr. is the pastor.
• Bethlehem Freewill Baptist Church—The church, located at 1810 S. West St. in Bainbridge, will have Family and Friends Day on Sunday, Jan. 24, beginning at 11:15 a.m. The Rev. Jerome Severson is the pastor.
• Celebration Baptist—The church, located at 3039 Faceville Hwy. on 97 South, is having their Fifth Sunday Sing and Homecoming on Sunday, Jan. 31, at 10:30 a.m. There will be no Sunday School, but instead will be a service for all of the church's history, which includes all members and former members. The Rev. Haskel White is the pastor, and Resting Place will be the speaker.
• Greater Mount Calvary First Baptist Church—The church, located at 417 E. Board St., will have its revival on Feb. 8-10 beginning at 7:30 p.m. each evening.
• St. Paul M.B. Church—The church, located at 2714 Thomasville Hwy., will hold its single ministry worship and gala on Feb. 12 beginning at 6 p.m., and on Feb. 13, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. the Rev. John Wooden is the pastor.
