Miss Bryan to wed Mr. Donalson on December 12, 2009

ENGAGED: Charlotte Lee Bryan and James Andrew Donaldson

Mr. and Mrs. Timothy A. Bryan of Tifton, Ga., and Mr. and Mrs. Don A. Whaley of Bainbridge announce the engagement of their daughter, Charlotte Lee Bryan, to James Andrew Donaldson, both of Bainbridge.

The bride’s grandparents are Paul Kwilecki of Bainbridge, Ga., and the late Charlotte W. Kwilecki, and Virginia L. Bryan of Albany, Ga., and the late Aaron Bryan.

Miss Bryan is a 2005 graduate of Bainbridge High School and a 2009 graduate of the University of Georgia, holding a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a minor in child and family development. She is currently pursuing a master’s of social work from the University of Georgia and plans to graduate in 2011.

The groom-elect is the son of Mr. and Mrs. J. Olen Donaldson of Auburn, Ala. The groom’s grandparents are the late Charlie R. DeVane, the late Mr. and Mrs. Winn E. Martin, and the late Mr. and Mrs. M. Paul Donaldson.

Mr. Donaldson is a 2003 graduate of Bainbridge High School and a 2008 graduate of the University of Georgia, holding a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communication and a minor in religion. He plans to pursue a seminary degree beginning in 2010 and is currently employed as the youth minister at Nicholson Baptist Church in Nicholson, Ga.

The wedding will be held Dec. 12 at 2 p.m. at Nicholson Baptist Church in Nicholson, Ga. A reception will follow at the Taylor-Grady House in Athens, Ga. No local invitations will be sent. All family and friends are invited to the wedding and reception.
