Miss Riffle to wed Mr. Mason on December 19, 2009

ENGAGED: Karen Juanita Riffle to James Gregory Mason

Virginia Riffle of Bainbridge announces the engagement of her daughter, Karen Juanita Riffle, to James Gregory Mason, both of Bainbridge.

The bride-elect is also the daughter of the late Junior “Shorty” Riffle. She is the granddaughter of the late Charles and Myrtle Riffle, and Herman and Gladys McCutcheon.

Miss Riffle is a 1990 graduate from Bainbridge High School, and is pursuing a degree in early childhood education at Bainbridge College. She is a homemaker as well.

The groom-elect is the son of James “Bookie” Mason of Colquitt, Ga., and Sue Reckner, also of Colquitt, Ga. He is the grandson of the late James M. and Thelma Mason, and James and Grace Darley.

Mr. Mason is a 1983 graduate of Miller County High School and is currently employed as a carpenter.

The garden wedding is scheduled for Dec. 19 at 4 p.m. Attendance will be by invitation only.
