Miss Faye Mitchell of Tallahassee, Fla., and Mr. Filmore Wester of Havana, Fla., announce their engagement and forthcoming marriage.

The bride-elect is the daughter of Enoch and Annie Ruth Mitchell of Whigham, Ga.

The groom-elect is the son of Filmore Wester of Havana, Fla., and Marilyn Smith of Tallahassee, Fla.

The wedding is planned on March 27, 2010, beginning at 3 p.m. at the Tallahassee Antique Car Museum. Invitations will be sent.
