Nancy Lavonia Henry

     Mrs. Nancy Lavonia Henry, 83, of Donalsonville, died Wednesday, August 10, 2016, at Miller County Hospital. Funeral services will be Friday, August 12, 2016, at 2 p.m. at Sheffield Funeral Chapel, with Rev. Joel Hudgins and Perry Henry officiating. Interment will follow in the Colquitt City Cemetery with J.W. Addison, Marty Palmer, Shannon Williams, Melvin Henry, Robert Holt, and Linton Thompson serving as pallbearers. Visitation will be Thursday, August 11, 2016, from 6-8 p.m. at Colquitt Funeral Home.

Mrs. Henry was a homemaker and a member of Patmos Free Will Baptist Church.

She is survived by two sons, Perry (Sharon) Henry of Bainbridge, Ga., and Franklin Campbell of Leary, Ga.; two stepsons, Jerome (Dana) Henry of Dalhonega, Ga., and Marlton Henry of Arkansas; one stepdaughter, Denise Cater of Savannah, Ga.; and eight grandchildren, Mackenzie Campbell, Haylee Henry, Rebekah Cater, Chelsea Henry, Steven Cater, Sarah Cater, Kaleb Henry, and Phillip Cater.

Mrs. Henry was preceded in death by her husband, Edgar Henry.
