Miss Pollock and Mr. Betts to wed in early March

Together with their friends and family, Casey Daniels Pollock and Michael

Eric Betts would like to announce their engagement and upcoming marriage.

The bride is the daughter of the late Bobby and Becky Daniels of Chula. She is the granddaughter of the late Alton and Christine Elrick of Edison and the late Sue Daniels of Cuthbert.

The groom is the son of Mildred Betts of Bainbridge and Michael and Hazel Betts of Climax. He is the grandson of Carolyn Johnson and the late Forrest Johnson of Whigham and Mr. and Mrs. W.A. Betts of Climax.

Miss Pollock graduated from the University of Georgia with her Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education. She also graduated from Georgia Southwestern University with a Master’s Degree in Reading and obtained her Specialist Degree in Leadership. Casey is a reading specialist with the Tift County Board of Education.

Mr. Betts graduated from Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College with a degree in Agricultural Engineering Technology. He also attended Moultrie Technical College for Fire Science. Eric is employed with the Tifton/Tift County Fire Department and Honda of South Georgia.

The wedding will take place on Saturday, March 5, 2016 at 5 p.m. at Gin Creek in Hartsfield, Georgia.

Invitations have been mailed and all friends and family are welcome to attend.
