Larry Clemmons

Celebration of Life Services for Mr. Larry Clemmons, 57 of Bainbridge, will be held Saturday, December 5, 2015 at 11 a.m. at the Bethlehem Freewill Baptist Church, located at 1810 South West Street in Bainbridge, Georgia. Rev. Jerome Severson is the Pastor and Bishop Kelvin Wells will officiate. The interment will follow at the Jonas Lobe Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday, December 4, 2015 from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. at the Collins Family Mortuary.

Bro. Larry Clemons, was born April 3, 1958, in Bainbridge, Georgia to the late Mr. Pete Clemons and Lula Kate McCants. He departed this life on November 28, 2015. He was surrounded by family.

He is preceded in death by a sister Patricia Ross.

Larry enjoyed his family. He was very devoted to his nieces and nephews. Larry had a love for life and others. He would make everyone feel welcome in his home. All that knew Larry will remember how he made you laugh and enjoyed playing cards. Larry leaves to remember and cherish his love, one daughter; Larrise Clemons; eight siblings, Sharon McCants, Pamela Thomas of Bainbridge, Bertha Harper (Eddie) of Ackworth, Georgia, Melanie McCants of Union City, Georgia and Louise Owen and Lee Roy Clemons(Alma) of Hollandale, Florida; Clarence McCants, Henry Marshall and Willie Gary Marshall all of Bainbridge; five aunts: LeAnna Thomas, Armanda Gaines, Patricia Kings (Jessie), Ala Dorothy Robertson, and Margaret Simmons of Bainbridge; two uncles: Walter Fudge of Bainbridge, and Alvin Fudge of North Carolina; Grandfather Vasti Anderson of Bainbridge, and a very special cousin, Anastasia Evans. Additionally, his memory will be celebrated by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives, and friends.
