Mary Ann Brannon, 73, of Albany, died Wednesday, August 13, 2014.
Her funeral service will be at 11 a.m. on Saturday, August 16, 2014 at Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church Cemetery, Vada, Ga., with The Rev. Dr. Danny Shepard officiating.
Mrs. Bannon was born in Bainbridge and graduated from Bainbridge High School in 1958.  She was of the Baptist faith.

Mrs. Brannon was preceded in death by her parents, Wiley and Maybelle Brock Hutto, and by her brother, Wiley Hutto, Jr.
She is survived by her husband Marlow Purvis, Albany; three sons, Ricky Brannon and his wife Sharon, David Brannon and his wife Sherri, all of Albany, and Andy Brannon of Atlanta; seven grandchildren; a sister, Patricia Shepard of Bainbridge; a sister-in-law, Betty Jean Hutto, of Buford and several great-grandchildren.
