Barbara Forehand Adams, 74, of Faceville-Attapulgus, died June 25, 2014 at Tallahassee Capital Regional Medical Center.

Visitation will be Monday, June 30 from 4 to 6 p.m. at Chandler’s Funeral Home Chapel.

The funeral service will be Tuesday, July 1 at 11 a.m. at Mt. Olive A.M.E. Church, Hwy 309, Attapulgus. The body will lie in state at 10 a.m. until the funeral hour. Burial will be at Mt. Olive A.M.E. Church Cemetery.

Chandler’s Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
