Guerrero honored for customer service

Bainbridge resident Jose Guerrero was recognized this month by his employer, Mediacom Communications, for earning regional honors in the company’s awards program that recognizes employees for exceptional customer service. Guerrero earned the company’s regional “Customer Service Hero” award.
Guerrero is a Mediacom installer technician in Valdosta and the surrounding area. He was cited for earning high marks for professionalism and customer satisfaction in his work. Ceremonies were held in Mediacom’s Valdosta office to celebrate Customer Service Week and recognize employees who consistently deliver excellent customer service.
Mediacom delivers cable television and broadband communication services to homes and businesses and employs more than 4,500 people companywide.
