The Bainbridge City Council was to have held a special called meeting on Tuesday, August 27 at 6:30 p.m.

Instead, the council will meet next Tuesday, Sept. 3 in its chambers at City Hall, 101 S. Broad Street, at 5:30 p.m. City Manager Chris Hobby will present the city’s Fiscal Year 2013-2014 proposed budget.

The proposed budget will be formally introduced for the council’s consideration at the council’s regular meeting on September 3. The council will vote on the final adoption of the proposed budget at its September 19 meeting.
