The Bainbridge-Decatur County YMCA is pleased to announce that it will be hosting, for the second year, the Youth Soccer Clinic sponsored by Action GM and the Chevy Youth Soccer Program.

This instructional clinic is for ages 6-14. It will be held Wednesday, Sept. 25th from 5:30 p.m. until 8:30 p.m. at the Bainbridge- Decatur County YMCA soccer complex. The clinic again will be led by UK Elite Soccer Trainers.

The UK Elite Soccer Trainers represent professionalism and integrity. They act as role models to young athletes and have a wealth of soccer knowledge. All UK Elite Soccer Trainers hold coaching licenses from multiple countries, are fully insured, and have had complete background checks confirming their suitability to work with children. Last year, many parents and teenagers commented that the experience with the UK Trainers and the Chevy Clinic was the best soccer experience they had ever had.

The UK Elite Curriculum is a blend of all the best known practices and coaching methods from around the globe. UK Elite incorporates methods from England, the USA, Brazil, Holland, France, Germany, Italy and emerging soccer countries such as Australia and many African nations. This keeps their curriculum fresh and keeps it challenging for every level of player. For more information on UK Elite, check out their blog at www. UKElite.com/blog.

Participants of all skill levels are invited to attend this Clinic. Participants will need to wear and bring their own soccer gear and each should bring his/her own ball. Practice apparel or team uniforms are acceptable, as are cleats or tennis shoes. Each child is required to RSVP and bring a signed waiver form (available online) to the registration table upon arrival at the Clinic. To register, go to www.chevyyouthsports.com/soccer. Choose the Tallahassee-Panama City market. Use the password KICKIT and then fill in the proper information on each player.

The YMCA would like to thank Action GM for bringing a program of this quality to the Bainbridge area. As with last year, we will expect participants from Albany, Tallahassee, Dothan and other surrounding communities. So, register now to reserve your spot. Or, call the YMCA at 243-0508 for more information.
