Sunday, July 7

• Swanswall M.B. Church, located at 361 Swanswall Road, Brinson, will observe Pastor Percy E. Leggett Jr.’s 14th anniversary at 11:30 a.m. with Pastor T. Baulkmon and the dynamic transcendent Hunter Sisters as guests.

Harvest Beyond Ministries, located at 1610 Old Quincy Road, Bainbridge, will host the Favored By God Ministries service at 10 a.m. with Prophetess Diana Williams.

Lamb’s Temple Working in the Earth Ministries, under the leadership of Bishop Willie Lamb Sr., located at 1425 MLK Dr., Bainbridge, will begin having Sunday morning worship services each week at 9 a.m.

• New Home Free Will Baptist Church, located near Vada, will have a homecoming beginning with the 11 a.m. worship service. Dinner will be at noon, followed by singing from the Reflections.

• Pilgrim Rest Church, located on Cooktown Road, Decatur County, will have its 46th annual Homecoming Celebration at 1:30 p.m. with Marilyn Burke Udeh as guest preacher. Udeh, a graduate of Hutto High School in Bainbridge, holds a B.S. Degree from Bethune-Cookman University, a Master’s and Specialist’s degree in Business and Marketing from Georgia State University, and is currently a second year seminarian at Interdenominational Theological Center of the Turner Theological Seminary in Atlanta.

• Celebration Baptist Church, located on Hwy. 97, Faceville, will host Dwayne Burke, former vocalist with The Singing Americans  & Jericho at the 11 a.m. service.

• Beulah Thomas Baptist Church, located on Woodhull Road (off Hwy. 27 S.) will have a Homecoming celebration with the Rev. Joshua Rathel of Flat Creek Baptist Church as guest speaker at the 10:30 a.m. service. Dinner on the grounds and special music will follow.

St. Stephen M.B. Church, located at 156 Miss Ann’s Lane in Whigham, will have a Women’s Day celebration at 3 p.m. Sister Emma Crump-Cooper of St. Mark M.B. Church of Mitchell County, will be the featured speaker. Dinner will be served following the service.

Second Elizabeth M.B. Church, located at 2718 Attapulgus Hwy., Quincy, will have a “Team Spirit” Youth service at 11 a.m. Those attending are asked to wear their favorite collegiate gear.

 

Monday, July 15

St. Mark M.B. Church, located at Hwy. 311 East River Road, Camilla, will begin a Revival that runs through the 17th at 7:30 p.m. nighty, with Rev. Johnny Kegler as guest minister.

Travelers Rest M.B. Church, located at 661 Cal Thomas Road, Whigham, will begin a revival that runs through the 20th at 7 p.m. nightly, with Rev. Delliese Cox in charge.

 

Wednesday, July 17

Faith Life Ministries Church, located at 335 Colquitt Hwy., Eldorendo, will begin a Revival that runs through the 19th at :30 p.m. nightly, with Pastor E. Flanders leading the services.

 

Saturday, July 20

• Prophetic Kingdom Ministries, located at 1610 Old Quincy Road, Bainbridge, will host the 2013 Breaking the Chains Conference beginning at 6:30 p.m. with Prophet Patrick Cleveland of Valdosta leading the service.

 

Sunday, July 21

Bethel A.M.E. Church, located at 207 N. Griffin Ave., Attapulgus, will have its Missionary anniversary at 3 p.m. on the theme, “Women in White Serving Others.” Speaker will be Melody Hill.

Bethlehem Freewill Baptist Church, located at 1810 S. West Street, will begin a Revival, running nightly at 7:30 through the 26th. Bishop Frederick Williams of Gethsemane Worship Center in Albany will lead the services on the theme of Reviving the Soul.
