The City of Bainbridge is still planning to host its Fourth of July celebration, including a concert and fireworks, as planned on Thursday evening.

The concert, featuring local band Traveler and headliner Drivin’ N Cryin’, will go forward as planned, rain or shine, at the Performing Arts stage in the Earle May Boat Basin.

If weather allows, the fireworks show will begin shortly after 9 p.m. If it is raining at that time, the fireworks show will be rescheduled to Saturday night at 9:30 p.m. in the Boat Basin.
