Mr. and Mrs. Teddy Stewart announce the engagement of their daughter, Tracy Danae Stewart, of Freeport, Fla., to Warner Lee Ward of Bainbridge.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Faye Stewart and the late Jimmie Stewart of Mossy Head, Fla., and of Sylvia Gordon and the late Ivan Gordon of San Antonio, Texas.

Miss Stewart is a 2009 graduate of La Vernia High School in La Vernia, Texas. She is employed at the Manor of Bluewater Bay.

The groom-to-be is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Mark Ward of Bainbridge. His grandparents are Sarah Ward and the late Vance Ward of Bainbridge and the late Mr. and Mrs. Albert Chastain, also of Bainbridge.

He graduated in 2005 from Bainbridge High School and in 2008 from Universal Technical Institute in Houston, Texas. He is now a C.E.C.N. (SCW) ward in the U.S. Navy.

The wedding is planned for June 9, at Defuniak Springs, Fla. Invitations will be sent.
