The Bainbridge State College Foundation’s auditorium seat naming campaign is nearing the May 1 deadline for participation.
The campaign, in which an individual can “name” a seat in the Kirbo Center auditorium, is a fundraising effort to provide matching funds for any state funding of a new academic building on the BSC campus.
For $200, a brass plaque will be permanently attached to the back one of the seats in the auditorium. Each nameplate will include a name, individual or family, and two additional lines of text.
To honor a veteran, an American flag engraved on the plaque is also available.
Each donor in the program will receive a recognition letter indicating the location of the named seat in the auditorium after the plaques are in place.
Additionally, the purchase of a plaque would be an ideal graduation gift or Mother’s Day gift.
