Mrs. Florence Walden Akins, 98, passed away Sunday, March 17, 2013, at Memorial Manor.

Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Friday, March 22, from the Emanuel M.B. Church of the Fowlstown Community. The Rev. Dr. A.L. Thompson will be officiating. Burial will follow at Pine Grove Cemetery (behind Emanuel). Visitation at Chandler’s Funeral Home Chapel on Thursday, March 21, from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m.
