Mrs. Margaret W. Rich Mercer passed away Sunday, Dec. 16, 2012. Residing in Hillsborough, N.C., Margaret was originally from Nottingham, England.  She was preceded in death by her husband, W.A. Mercer of Cedar Springs, Ga.

She is survived by her four children, Linda Turnage of Tallahassee, Fla., Susan Rich of Bainbridge, Ann Duke of Hillsborough, and Gene Rich (Patty) of Efland, N.C. and six grandchildren, Jamie (Kris), Peter, Kelvin, Stalina, Sara and Jonathan.
