Southwest Georgia Farm Credit recently announced that Allison Godwin has been promoted to Human Resources Manager, according to a Farm Credit press release.

Godwin has been employed by the organization since 1998. She most recently served as Assistant Controller.

In her new role, Godwin will manage recruitment, retention and human resources policy matters. She also manages the Association’s Internship Program.

“Allison will enhance and grow the Human Resources Department, and the skills she has acquired over the years make her a valuable asset to our team,” said Richard Monson, CEO of Southwest Georgia Farm Credit.

Godwin is a graduate of the University of Georgia, with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting. She is a native of Bainbridge, where she resides with her husband, Jimbo, and their two children.
