Mr. Maxwell Eugene “Maxie” Smith, age 73, of Donalsonville, Ga., and formerly of Decatur County, passed away Tuesday, November 27, 2012 at Rose Haven in Thomasville, Ga.

Funeral services for Maxie will be held on Friday, November 30, 2012 at 2:00 PM in the Chapel of Evans-Skipper Funeral Home in Donalsonville with Rev. Herman Enfinger and Rev. Rollin Rathel officiating. Burial will follow at Oakview Church of God Cemetery.
