The Decatur County School system invites the community to visit all eight schools, to support their after-school programs, on Thursday, Oct. 18, from 3:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.

“Lights on After School” is a nationwide celeberation for afterschool programs across America, recognizing the 10th anniversary of the creation of the 21st Century Century Community Learning Centers initiative, the principal funding stream for federal support for afterschool programs.

The event is organized by the After School Alliance.
