Decatur County Citizens Against Domestic Violence will hold its “kick off rally” for Domestic Violence Awareness Month on Wednesday, Sept. 26, at noon, at the J.O. Smith Activities Building next to Bainbridge First United Methodist Church. A candlelight vigil is also set for Thursday, Oct. 11, at 7 p.m., at the corner of Troupe and Florida Streets, outside the J.O. Smith Activities Building.
