Restaurant inspections for 9/12

Environmental Health County Manager Ansley Johnson and EHS IV Hope Broxton of the Decatur County Public Health Department, conducted one restaurant and food service inspection from Aug. 28, 2012, to Sept. 3, 2012.

All major discrepancies are corrected before the health inspector leaves the premises.

Under new inspection system with 100 as the highest score, restaurants are rated: A= 90-100; B= 80-89; C= 70-79; U= Less than 69.

The facility inspected was:

• Yesterday’s Diner/Silver Spoon Catering, 523 W. Shotwell St., Bainbridge, 91-A.

• Pace’s Fish Camp, 3439 Spring Creek Road, Brinson, 85-B;

• Sugar Shack Smokehouse, 318 E. Water St., Bainbridge, 93-A;

• Taqueria Mirancho, 734 E. Green St., Bainbridge, 84-B.
