Hannah Bius, the daughter of Martin and Denise Bius, and Jacob Hall, son of Karla Hall, showed the grand champion heifer and grand champion steer at Saturday’s Decatur Young Farmer Cattle Show at the Cloud Livestock Pavilion.

Both are members of the Bainbridge High School Future Farmers of America Chapter.

The show was judged by Cameron Clark, a member of the University of Georgia livestock judging team in Athens.

The reserve champion heifer and reserve champion steer were shown by two more Bainbridge High School Future Farmers of America chapter members. They were Will Bius, the son of Martin and Denise Bius, and Nolan Lovering, the son of David and Mel Lovering. Lovering also showed the county-grown champion steer.

Taylor Strickland, the daughter of Ben and Debbie Strickland, and a member of the Bainbridge High School Future Farmers of America chapter, showed the grand champion county-grown heifer.

Showmanship winners were Carlton Lynn in the junior division for fourth through sixth graders, Chelsea Lynn in the intermediate division for seventh through ninth graders and Hannah Bius in the senior division for 10th through 12th graders.
