Bella’s Boutique opens its door

The Chamber of Commerce recently sponsored a ribbon-cutting ceremony for Bella’s Boutique, which is located at 303 E. Shotwell St. Owner Nicole Nichols is holding the scissors. The shop has ladies apparel, jewelry, handbags and small gift items.
