A ribbon-cutting ceremony for the Antique Annex was June 24 at its new location on 3017 Thomasville Road. The shop is owned and operated by Rich Wills and DeWayne Nalls, who are cutting the ribbon and are surrounded by Chamber of Commerce and local officials. The store has a collection of American and European antiques, most of them from the 1880s to the 1940s. They also have collectibles including McCoy pottery, handmade Swarovski crystal jewelry, art, nostalgia, stained glass, retro and art deco items. The store is also home to the Music Fix, which has more than 2,500 records in stock as well as retro stereo systems, speakers and sound equipment. They also sell new and used guitars, drums and other instruments.
